Remarks
- The above prices do not include taxes.
- We ask that our guests refrain from smoking in the cottages.
- Smoking is permitted on the screened porch.
- Small pets are permitted but guest are responsible for any damages or extra cleaning costs.
- Forest and Stream Cottages is an ideal family setting. Bed & Breakfast is also available at Country Charm B&B (same location, same hosts)
Cancellation and Booking Policy
Booking Policy
Forest & Stream Cottages and Country Charm Bed & Breakfast will no longer process a deposit amount at time of booking. Because of the rising merchant fees on credit card transactions, we would appreciate cash or debit card settlement on arrival or departure. We thank you in advance for helping us hold our rates and providing the best possible value to you our guest. We do have the ability to process Visa or MC if you require. A valid credit card number is required to confirm your reservation.
Cancellations
NO CHARGES will apply to any cancellations received 22 days prior to your confirmed arrival date. Cancellations made within 21 days of your arrival date will be subject to the following cancellation fees providing the accommodation is not rebooked. Stays of 1–2 nights $100.00, Stays of 3–5 nights $200.00, Stays of 6–13 nights $500.00, and Stays of 14 nights or more $1,000.00. If the room or cottage is rebooked for all cancelled dates NO CANCELLATION FEE would apply. Consideration and adjustments may be made for partially rebooked nights.
