Remarks

The above prices do not include taxes.
We ask that our guests refrain from smoking in the cottages. Smoking is permitted on the screened porch.
Small pets are permitted but guest are responsible for any damages or extra cleaning costs.
Forest and Stream Cottages is an ideal family setting. Bed & Breakfast is also available at Country Charm B&B (same location, same hosts)

Cancellation Policy

one night stays require full payment including taxes at time of booking. (Book 2 nights or more and receive a 17% discount on our one night rate for two people.)
$100 deposit is required for stays 2 to 5 nights.
$250 deposit is required for stays of 6 to 10 nights.
$500 deposit is required for stays of 11 nights or more.
Deposit is charged to a Credit Card at time of booking.
Full deposit is forfeited if canceled within 21 days your stay. Should the cottage be rebooked for the cancelled dates we will refund your deposit less $25.
No refund on partial cancellations with 10 days of stay unless rebooked, $25 fee applies.
All other cancellations are subject to a $25 fee
