The Island is fairly small and has a diverse variety of birding opportunities. There are ponds where you will find varieties of ducks and other water fowl. Ocean front and saltwater marshes for the many different shore birds, mixed forest where you will find warblers and other forest birds, fields and open meadows where raptors patrol. PEI is also home to Bald Eagles. Our self guided birding experience includes binoculars, a loan of a guide book call Birds of PEI, PEI birding checklist, and suggested birding locations and wooded walking trails. Self guided birding tours $20 / day based on one pair of binoculars. Second pair for one couple add $10. Guest Rates Binoculars & self guided location map instructions $20.
